We charge an hourly rate that includes furniture pads and other basic materials (except boxes) that we need to complete your move. The hourly charges begin when the movers arrive and you sign them in. The charges end when the move is complete and you sign the crew out. The supervisor will calculate the bill at that time and you can give the supervisor a check or sign our credit card form for payment.
We typically move customers within 60 miles of New york City. If you have a long-distance need, give us a call; we can refer you to another reputable mover if we are not able to do the move ourselves.
Yes. If you require packing services, we will send our professional packing crew out the day before your move. The packing crew can pack your whole house or just a few rooms, and we will provide all the packing supplies, including the items needed to protect your fragile belongings. We also offer unpacking services.
We do our very best to take special care of every single item you have.However, damages can happen, we have a claims process in place. Once reported, we assess the issue promptly and provide repair, replacement, or compensation in line with our coverage policy.

- Lampshades that are not packed in a box

Yes. We have a meticulously-maintained 40,000 square foot warehouse available to store your belongings. If you require storage, our movers will inventory all items at your home and deliver them back to our warehouse where they will be unloaded straight into your storage vault.
