One of our commercial move coordinators will come out to do a walk through. They take an inventory of everything that will be moving. With this information they are able to figure out the volume of your move, what the optimum crew would be and how long it will take to get your office moved to the destination. If we need to have a third party service they will note that in the estimate and set it up before the move.
The day before the move make sure all employees have packed their belongings into boxes and labeled each box and each piece of furniture with their office number that was provided to them by their moving team coordinator.
We charge based on factors such as the size of the move, distance, labor required, and any additional services you may need. After reviewing your details, we provide a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees.
